Do you want to return an item?

Upon receipt of the order, the Customer has the legal period of 14 days to withdraw from his order. The Customer who wishes to exercise his right of withdrawal must return the Items within the aforementioned period, in their original packaging, complete and new.

The Customer must notify BINI of their intention to withdraw, by sending by email to hello@binikit.com or by post the completed withdrawal form below and specifying their order number.
