When you browse our Site, or when you place an order to purchase our products, we may collect personal data about you, which are necessary to manage the order and commercial relations.

- when you take part in competitions organized by BINI or its partners;

2. Why do we process your personal data and on what legal basis?

3. How long do we keep your data?

BINI retains personal data for the time necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it is collected. Depending on the different purposes, the following retention periods apply:

- For external communications in the context of our newsletters and contact requests, your personal data is kept for the duration of your subscription to these communications. You can unsubscribe from these communications at any time by clicking on the link at the bottom of the page of BINI newsletter-type communications.

- In the case of product purchases or participation in organized competitions, we retain the data required to process the order only for the duration of our contractual relationship, plus an additional period corresponding to the applicable statute of limitations.
When you browse our Site, the data we may collect, in particular cookies, is kept for no longer than 6 months.


- When you apply to join BINI :
if your application is accepted and you join our teams, your personal data will be kept for the duration of your presence at BINI and for the applicable prescription period, as may be stipulated in your employment contract;

if your application is unsuccessful, your personal data required for recruitment purposes will be kept for 2 years from the date of our last contact.

4. Who can access your personal data?

Your personal data is processed by BINI and is accessible to our internal teams in charge of processing this data for the purposes mentioned above.

In addition, we share your data only with :

- public authorities, where BINI is required to disclose some of your data in accordance with Applicable Regulations ;

- service providers, in particular IT, hosting or database management service providers, that we engage to process data on our behalf and who are subject to the same security and confidentiality obligations as BINI;

- third parties to whom we choose to sell, transfer or merge parts of our company or assets.

5. Transfer of personal data outside the European Union

Your personal data is processed by BINI within a member state of the European Economic Area (EEA). It may also be transferred to a third country outside the EEA, especially to the United States, insofar as the service providers we work with may be located outside Europe.

In the event of data transfers to third countries, BINI undertakes to comply with Applicable Regulations, in particular to put in place adequate safeguards and measures to ensure that third parties comply with the conditions set out in this Policy. These measures may particularly include entering into the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission and the European Commission's adequacy determinations for transfers specifically to the United States (the “Privacy Shield” agreement), available on this page.
