We are sorry that you are not satisfied with your product. If you received your order less than 14 days ago, you can request a refund (we do not process product exchanges, only refunds) from our customer service team (hello@binikit.com) by providing your order number and sending us the completed withdrawal form, which you can find in our returns section (faire un retour). We will then send you a return label so that you can send the items back to us. Once the return is received, we will process a refund for the entire order. Please note that return shipping costs (€4.50) will be at your expense. We will therefore deduct this amount from your refund.

Of course, we offer laser personalization for Bini cutlery and containers: a natural, durable, and precise technique. Logo, name, phrase, or all of the above—it's up to you to choose!✍🏻

Business orders start from a minimum of 50 units, for both personalized and non-personalized products.📦

Once the order has been confirmed, delivery times are 1 week for Binikit and/or Binibox orders without personalization, and 2 weeks for orders of personalized products. 🕑

You obviously have the option to mix and match colors, however, this must be done in increments of 25 kits per color. 💙

Laser engraving does not reproduce the colors of the logo; the marking is subtle and blends perfectly with the colors of our products. 😍

For cutlery: branding is applied at the bottom or in the center of the case (depending on the logo size), on the front side. For lunch boxes: branding is applied on the transparent lid. For mugs: branding is applied on the mug's main ring.

The standard branding area for cutlery and lunch boxes is 40x40mm or 30x50mm. For mugs, it is 15x45mm max on the ring and Ø 35mm max on the lid.

The Binibox loves going in the microwave without its lid to reheat your delicious meals! The same goes for the Binimug, you must remove the lid! There is no need to worry as long as you remove the lid!

All products are dishwasher safe!

If you don't have a dishwasher, a simple wash with hot soapy water will do the trick.

For the lunchbox and the mug, for optimal cleaning, you can remove the seals from the lids and wash them.

Our meal box is completely airtight and can hold any type of dish: soups, broths, saucy dishes…🍲
